"Aged Garlic with Egg Yolk"
Garlic with Egg Yolk, which is a traditional local specialty in southern Kyushu. We use "fermented black garlic powder", which is made by aging garlic and then turning it into powder using a patented process to enhance its nutritional value, along with precious "egg yolk oil" extracted from fresh fertilized eggs produced in Kyushu.
